We are ready to Spring2ACTion! Our goal is to raise $30,000 within 24 hours on April 10, 2019 to support our Summer Enrichment Camp.
Community Lodgings is offering 75 children a chance to attend Summer Enrichment Camp during summer, 2019. Programming will be in the morning and afternoon sessions will be offered. All students will be provided a daily hot meal supplied by the Capital Area Food Bank. Students will receive daily lessons in reading, math and science and spend time conducting experiments and creating art projects. Students will get to develop new skills as they participate in a variety of enrichment activities led by staff, volunteers, and outside groups including yoga classes, running groups, reading buddies, art-focused math classes, swimming lessons and more. There are also weekly field trips to cultural and educational sites including the zoo, which is always a favorite! Field trips allow students to gain experiences outside of their community.”
